I always through the Lancer would look great as a 2 (or even 4 door) floating roof car like the Evoque. I decided to mock it up quickly in photoshop and you know what? If done correctly, this could totally be the sex. Edit: Added 4 Door.

Looks too long...if they had made a 3 door version of their sportback, I would’ve had issues containing myself

It looks okay, but for some reason, I cannot get behind it because of this area of the render. It might be because the size of the wheels is so different on the Evo, but that part just looks massive (and not in the good way). Otherwise, neat!

Haha yeah, I would need to shorten the wheelbase and/or move the doors back. The other possibility is to simply add a second set of doors.

I recon that looks a shit-ton better.

This was based on the Evo (see the vent behind the front wheel arch?) but yeah, it would work pretty awesome on a normal lancer.

I had an ‘09 GTS. It looked nice and gave me no problems. Shoudla kept it awhile longer really.
